20+ Most Satisfying Non-Alcoholic Drinks at BevMo! [Fall 2023]

Ever been to BevMo!? As the name suggests, it’s a specialty store with a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, snacks, mixers, and more. You can find its stores in California, Arizona, and Washington.

For me, it’s always been the go-to store to find a wider selection of wine and beer than that of a typical grocery store. Think craft sakes, specialty beers, and artsy wines from far-flung destinations.

Since ditching booze, I hadn’t been there in ages, but I wondered, do they carry alcohol-free options?

Turns out, yes, they do! BevMo! sells a wide variety of premade mocktails, non-alcoholic beers, alcohol-free wine, and an impressive lineup of new-wave non-alcoholic drinks. While this list isn’t exhaustive, here are some of the most noteworthy non-alcoholic drinks I found while visiting BevMo! in San Diego, California.

A family-run business, Surreal Brewing Co. was founded by two former craft beer drinkers, Tammer and Donna. When they decided to give up alcohol for health reasons, they couldn’t find an NA beer that satisfied. So, they made their own!

Non-Alcoholic Wine at BevMo!

While the non-alcoholic beer selection is quite extensive at BevMo!, they also have a lot of shelf space dedicated to non-alcoholic wine. There are fewer brands of NA wine than NA beer, but they carry at least half a dozen varietals.

While I can say that BevMo! checks the box for carrying plenty of NA wine, I hope they someday add more up-and-coming, millennial-powered brands like Allay and Surely.

However, if you want to shop where you can find a non-alcoholic version of a specific varietal, BevMo! is your store.

FRE wines start out as normal wine, with ethanol, and then undergo the de-alcoholization process. So, you get plenty of authentic wine flavor minus the next-day effects! Not only do these NA wines taste like the real thing, but they have a varietal for every taste bud.

If you’ve walked into a health food store lately, you’ve probably noticed the legion of products made with adaptogens or plants that claim to help balance your hormones and promote well-being. 12. De Soi

If you’ve visited this blog before, you’ve probably heard all about De Soi (here’s my review). An adaptogen-filled, sparkling, non-alcoholic apéritif (a beverage usually served before a meal to stimulate the appetite), De Soi is one of my all-time favorite alcohol alternatives.

Bottom Line?
